Our usual rug cleaning turnaround is approximately 7–14 days, although this can vary depending on the rug, its condition and current workload.
Do you pick up rugs from home?
Yes. Pick-up and delivery are available across our Auckland service area. Tell us your suburb when requesting your quote and we’ll confirm the options available.
Can you remove every stain?
No professional cleaner should promise that every stain can be completely removed. Results depend on factors including the substance involved, how long it has been present, previous cleaning attempts, the rug fibres and dyes. Our team will always aim for the best safe result for the rug.
Can you treat pet urine and odours?
