1. PICK UP
Rugs can be heavy and hard to maneuver.
So, for your convenience and ease, we pick up and carefully transport all rugs to our fully-equipped cleaning facility free of charge.
2. EVALUATION
On arrival, rugs are categorised into handmade or machine-made and assessed by our knowledgeable team.
Stains, odours and engrained marks from high-traffic areas are analysed and the most effective cleaning solution is determined based on specific fibres and dyes.
3. DUSTING
As a rule, around 70% of the dirt collected within the rug fibres has to be removed before adding a drop of water.
However, our Dusting Tornado will remove close to 99%, resulting in a brilliant washing cycle for optimum clean.
4. PRE-TREATMENT & ODOUR NEUTRALISATION
Before washing, any soiled areas are pretreated appropriately and odours are neutralised using specialist products that are effective yet gentle on each fibre.
5. WASHING & RINSING
Deep cleaning commences using the most appropriate method depending on the type, age, colour fastness and rug thickness.
All expelled dirt and any trace of the cleaning products are then thoroughly rinsed away.
6. DRYING & GROOMING
Rugs are placed in our centrifuge machine to remove 90% of the loose water.
They are then hung on a drying rack and blow-dried, ensuring any remaining moisture evaporates.
Here any tassels are combed and we brush the rug pile to reset the fibres and bring them back to their original fullness.
7. PROTECTION
At this stage, to preserve the immaculate condition of your rug, we highly recommend including our Rug Protection Service.
We use the world’s most technologically advanced Non-toxic and Non-allergenic fibre treatment to ensure your rug stays fresh, clean, bright and protected from future stains and sun fading.

Introducing our Tornado AT-3000
This incredibly powerful machine cleans out the dirt from rugs by beating the underside of the rug with belts and using a special method of dirt collection and removal.
Depending on the degree of soiling of a rug or its structure, the operator controls the frequency of the beater and regulates the feed rate of the rug.
It is extremely efficient and quickly removes various types of dry dirt, such as sand, dust, dandruff and hair from the surface of a rug.
